What (WABDL) powerlifting is all about.

I wanted to take a second to post a link to a story regarding my dad, the WABDL Worlds and what powerlifting is really all about.
Thanks for checking it out.

Hi Jeff,
I really feel that the WABDL is more than a powerlifting federation. We are a family. I posted this on the WABDL Worlds 2009 Results page..hope you don't mind!

I want to congratulate Jeff and his father Bruce. Bruce did a great job with an Ohio state record and a world championship, and Jeff setting a Ohio state record and a world title also. Jeff and his father were instrumental in helping me set a world record for master men 61-67. With out their help it would have been tough. They both helped me in the warm up area to prepair for each of my lifts. What great people, both Jeff and Bruce. Thanks again and congrats on a father and son world titles. Len Pokora

WABDL is a big family, and I love it. Leonard nice job on the record. I have been apart of WABDL since 2002 and it has been huge fun. I have taken lifters that I have trained all over road tripping to meets, and everyone of the lifters has had a great time. I believe WABDL has the best of everything for the elite lifter down to the rank beginner. Good Job Gus and all who give their time and money to make WABDL a great fed.
