GUSTAVO WARRINGTON IS RETURNING

Postby Diana Sutton on Wed May 27, 2009 6:25 pm

PORTLAND MEET....June 13, 2009 ....after almost a 2 year hiatus.....Goose is returning! And he stronger than ever... :o ..He is going to be lifting in the 220 pound class, but his stroke is as short as ever. He has been lifting some incredible weight raw let alone with his shirt......you are all in for a real treat!

This man is a real freak of nature......it really is all about tecnique and dedication people......that's all I have to say...........

There was a lot of great lifting at this meet! All ages and classes were represented well in my opinion! :D I was totally impressed with this meet and am looking forward to the next meet. There weree State and World records broken. I can't wait to see the results when they come out and reflect on the days' activities.

I did great cwfarmer..

I benched 518 and had way more in me. I opened with a easy 407 then jumped to 502 and got a little out of wack and couldnt quite lock it out. so I re did it and got it then did 518 super easy. I could have done 540 to 560 that day but I was happy with the 518 that was a meet PR by almost 200 lbs and in the dead lift I got 501 easy and went to 600 on my 3rd. I knew it might be just out of reach but I tryed it anyways. I got it about to my knees but couldnt quite get it. Over all I am very happy with this meet. im looking forward to going for over 600 in bolth lifts at worlds.

I realy need to find some info on getting the most out of my bench shirt. because I know I could do alot better if I knew what kinds of alterations to make to it and maybe even a little bit of form correction. I have pics of us at this meet on my myspace page. myspace.com/tophiphopandrap there under the powerlifting folder in the pics section.
